The understanding of this asymptomatic nature of CML diagnosis is crucial for both the screening practices in the population at risk and for clinicians who may consider more regular complete blood counts in certain populations. The correct percentage reflects the overall clinical picture and aids in recognizing the need for proactive monitoring and early intervention strategies in asymptomatic individuals.
